They also change empty kegs in the keg room, which involves moving heavy kegs, and help maintain cleanliness by promptly addressing spills and emptying trash cans. In addition, the Barback organizes bar and drinkware, clears and cleans the bar area in a timely manner, and juggles multiple responsibilities simultaneously. This role requires excellent communication as the Barback interacts frequently with co-workers, supervisors, and guests, providing courteous and polite service. Completing all assigned side work efficiently is also a critical part of the job.
