As an Assistant Manager, you will be entrusted with making critical daily decisions including staff scheduling, cleanliness, and upholding exemplary product and guest service standards. You will spearhead efforts to build sales and maximize profits through recruiting, training, developing, and motivating team members to align with company goals and exceed guest expectations. A significant portion of your responsibility will revolve around coaching and inspiring your team to deliver outstanding guest experiences while maintaining a safe and immaculate environment. In this position, you will gain specialized experience by managing one of four key Areas of Impact (AOI) — Kitchen, Sales, Showroom, or Gameroom — and completing rotations in each area over time. These duties span managing product ordering, food safety and preparation, overseeing sales results and inventory, leading birthday party execution and planning to optimize bookings, and collaborating with technical staff to keep gaming and restaurant equipment in optimal condition. • Must be able to work 40 hours a week
• Must have a high school diploma or GED
• Must be at least 21 years of age or older (local law exceptions with approval)
• Minimum one year experience managing people or six months experience as an Opening Coordinator
• Ability to lift or carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, walk, and squat during shift
• Ability to work in environments with flashing lights, mechanical parts, loud noise, and exposure to various temperature and humidity conditions
