Key responsibilities include greeting guests and crews warmly, escorting them to entrances, aircraft, or vehicles, and efficiently collaborating with team members and other departments. The specialist handles guest purchases and fuel transactions, supports general accounting tasks, and provides concierge services such as arranging hotel stays, ground transport, and catering. They must also manage inquiries and requests promptly, uphold security protocols, and promote company services and products. This job requires meticulous attention to detail, including monitoring flight arrivals, coordinating services, maintaining cleanliness in guest areas, and ensuring the availability of requested amenities. The Guest Experience Specialist also assists passengers and pilots with luggage, transportation, and access to vital information like weather updates. Responsibilities extend to enforcing safety measures by identifying security risks and compliant behaviors and participating in emergency response procedures. • High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year customer experience in retail, hospitality, or sales preferred
• Valid state driver’s license
• Minimum age of 18 years
• Pass company background checks including criminal and motor vehicle
• Pass drug tests
• Meet airport background check requirements for security badge
• Be insurable under company insurance policies
• Legal authorization to work
• Ability to follow directions from management
• Ability to drive standard and automatic vehicles preferred.
