The Executive Sous Chef position at the Mississippi Coast Coliseum & Convention Center plays a vital role in delivering exceptional culinary experiences to guests while supporting the overall food service program. This role is responsible for assisting in the management and execution of concessions culinary functions, including planning menus, overseeing food preparation, and ensuring adherence to food quality standards and safety regulations.
