We are currently seeking motivated and customer-focused Spa Receptionists to join our team on a weekend availability basis. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy interacting with guests, providing excellent customer service, and contributing to the smooth and profitable operation of our spa facilities. The Spa Receptionist position offers compensation up to $16.78 per hour, plus commission on 10% of any retail item sold, and a 2% tip-out based on hours worked. This role plays a pivotal part in maximizing spa revenue through effective scheduling, yield management, and driving retail sales while delivering a warm and welcoming first impression to all spa guests. As a Spa Receptionist, your responsibilities will include managing reservations for spa services with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring all guest information is communicated promptly to the necessary teams, and upholding the highest standards of client confidentiality. A positive attitude, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and outstanding interpersonal abilities are essential to thrive in this role.
