MGM Grand Detroit is currently seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Assistant Restaurant Manager to join the team at its lively sports pub, TAP. This role is essential in maintaining the high standards of guest service and operational excellence that MGM Resorts is known for. TAP is a unique sports pub experience where guests enjoy classic comfort foods such as the TAP Classic Burger and Detroit House Nachos, complemented by an extensive selection of draft and bottled beers. The pub is a popular destination for sports fans, offering more than 40 HD flat-screen TVs and authentic sports memorabilia that create an energetic and inviting environment.
As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting daily operations and ensuring guests receive top-tier service and hospitality. This position involves supervising floor service, managing employee performance, coordinating with culinary staff, and maintaining inventory and supply orders. You will also be responsible for creating daily floor plans to ensure seamless coverage and excellent guest interactions.
