This role is designed for individuals who are passionate about contributing to the well-being and satisfaction of senior residents by providing attentive and courteous dining service. The Server will play an important role in creating a welcoming and comfortable dining experience, utilizing proper food handling and service techniques to meet and exceed the expectations of residents and guests. The Server position involves taking meal and drink orders accurately and serving meals in a friendly and timely manner. It is essential to ensure residents or guests are satisfied with their meals, maintaining an approachable and helpful demeanor. Keeping well-informed about current specials and having a thorough understanding of all menu items allows the Server to effectively communicate and describe food options to residents and guests. Maintaining assigned tables and surrounding areas with high standards of cleanliness and appearance is crucial, along with following scheduled cleaning protocols to uphold hygiene and service excellence. In addition to daily service duties, the Server may assist with the orientation and training of new food servers, contributing to a supportive team environment.
