As a cook at WarHorse Gaming, LLC, you will be an essential member of the culinary team responsible for preparing food items according to precise recipes for breakfast, entrees, and desserts. This position requires adherence to stringent food safety and quality standards to ensure guests receive the best possible dining experience. The cook must exhibit proficiency in various food preparation techniques, including slicing, dicing, carving, and garnishing, while maintaining a clean and safe workstation throughout their shift. - Must be 19 years or older
- High school diploma, GED or relevant experience
- One to five years prior experience as a cook in high-volume food service operation
- Knowledge of kitchen sanitation, operation, and maintenance of kitchen equipment
- Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques
- Ability to taste and smell foods
- Knowledge of weights, measures, and recipe yield
- Possession of culinary tools
- Excellent guest service and communication skills
