  • Culinary degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 4 years culinary management experience
  • Experience in high volume special events culinary operations preferred
  • Knowledge of food profession principles and practices
  • Ability to develop and maintain client and customer relationships
  • Strong multitasking, organizational, communication, and leadership skills
  • Physical ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 lbs
