The role of the Café Manager at Urban Air Spanish Fort is an essential leadership position within the organization. This hands-on managerial role is focused on overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Urban Air Café, ensuring all aspects run smoothly from food preparation to customer service. The Café Manager plays a vital role in guiding the performance and development of café team members, maintaining high standards of food quality, hygiene, and guest satisfaction. The responsibilities extend beyond typical managerial duties, requiring the manager to actively participate in kitchen and service areas, working efficiently under pressure with a friendly and positive attitude.
This position demands a balance of practical food service skills and strong leadership capabilities. The Café Manager is tasked with maintaining proper inventory control, ensuring accurate receipt of deliveries, and implementing effective food storage and rotation practices to reduce waste.
