• high school diploma or equivalent
• prior supervisory experience
• prior experience operating bakery equipment including ovens, mixers, fryers, and slicers
• ability to lift, twist, move, and carry up to 50 pounds
• strong customer service skills
• ability to maintain and update signage and pricing
• proficient in operating electronic cash registers and handling cash, debit/credit, EBT/WIC, coupons, and vouchers
• effective communication skills
• ability to perform temperature checks four times daily and record results
