Additionally, bartenders manage financial transactions accurately using the Point of Sales system and uphold strict regulatory compliance in their area. • Must be at least 21 years of age
• General Education Degree (GED) or High School Diploma
• Six months to one year of related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to count money and change correctly
• Must be able to work high volume days, nights, holidays, and weekends
• Must be familiar with cocktail ingredients and proper mixing and pouring techniques
• Ability to work in small areas in a fast paced and often crowded environment
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the public
• Must have the ability to interact with guests, staff and colleagues and resolve problems and conflicts in a diplomatic and tactful manner
