The Chef position at HMSHost entails preparing a broad array of cooked foods, ensuring that every meal meets the highest standards for quality and presentation. This role requires proficiency in managing multiple cooking stations, including frying, griddling, pantry, and egg preparation areas. Working closely with kitchen equipment such as slicers, mixers, grills, fryers, and ovens, the Chef must precisely prepare ingredients and maintain food inventory meticulously to guarantee freshness and quality at all times. This non-exempt position reports directly to management and plays a crucial role in the smooth and efficient operation of the kitchen.
