The Restaurant Manager at Stonefire Grill plays a critical role in ensuring every guest receives an exceptional and memorable dining experience, consistently exceeding expectations. This full-time position reports directly to the General Manager and operates within the restaurant location, with an hourly compensation range of $23.00 to $25.00. The Restaurant Manager partners closely with the General Manager, Assistant General Manager, Kitchen Managers, and other Restaurant Support Center Teams to oversee daily operations, focusing on finance, safety, quality, and the overall cultural environment of the restaurant. In this role, leadership is rooted in service, with the Restaurant Manager embodying the company’s core values and mission. They lead through example by supporting and empowering team members while maintaining a strong guest and team focus during every shift. A key responsibility is to foster a collaborative and respectful team environment, ensuring smooth communication and cooperation among front-of-house and back-of-house staff. The Restaurant Manager is an essential partner in coaching and training staff, implementing service standards through established Points of Service, and ensuring full compliance with health and safety regulations. The position requires a mastery of daily shift management, including delegation and effective communication, as well as active guest engagement through regular visits to dining areas to monitor satisfaction and build relationships. The Restaurant Manager also coordinates and oversees catering events, manages all aspects of restaurant cleanliness and safety, and supports financial performance by helping to maintain sales targets and control food and labor costs.
