The role of Special Events Sales Manager at GEODIS Park is a pivotal position responsible for driving revenue and fostering meaningful client relationships through the sales and coordination of special events held at the stadium. Reporting directly to the Senior Director of Special Event Sales, this position requires a passionate and resourceful individual who can actively develop new business opportunities while maintaining excellent rapport with existing clients. The successful candidate will creatively package the distinctive and varied spaces within GEODIS Park to suit every client’s event needs, ensuring the venue’s utilization is maximized and the client experience is exemplary from the initial inquiry to the event’s execution.
In this role, you will collaborate with internal teams, including operations, marketing, ticketing, sponsorship, and premium sales, to support seamless event delivery and maximize revenue streams. You will also be involved in market research to identify emerging opportunities and participate in industry networking events to keep the venue’s offerings visible and competitive. The ideal candidate will be skilled at developing innovative sales strategies and social event packages that enhance GEODIS Park’s reputation and increase overall business growth. By leveraging your knowledge of the event, hospitality, and sports sectors, you will help sustain the venue’s standing as a premier event destination in the Nashville area and beyond.

- Bachelor's degree in business, hospitality, marketing, or related field
- 3+ years of relevant sales experience in events, hospitality, or corporate settings
- Proven success in event sales prospecting, negotiating, and closing
- Strong knowledge of event and hospitality industry
- Excellent communication skills
