The Spa Receptionist role at Sycuan is an essential position that contributes directly to delivering exceptional guest experiences within the Tribe’s spa and resort facilities. This hourly position plays a critical role in welcoming guests with warmth and professionalism, handling spa appointment bookings, answering calls, and providing comprehensive guest services in a friendly and efficient manner. The receptionist acts as the first point of contact, ensuring that visitors feel valued and that their needs are met promptly and courteously.
Beyond greeting guests, this role includes a variety of operational responsibilities such as managing cash transactions through the Point-of-Sale system, maintaining balanced cash drawers, and reporting any discrepancies to leadership. The receptionist also ensures that the spa’s merchandise and supplies are well-stocked and organized, contributing to a welcoming environment that supports smooth daily operations. Maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of equipment and facility spaces forms another critical aspect of the job, ensuring that the spa environment is inviting and functional at all times.
