Additionally, you will play a key role in retail sales, actively promoting and selling spa products to meet monthly sales targets set by the Spa Director. Your ability to communicate clearly and warmly with guests, both in person and on the phone, will directly impact client satisfaction and retention. The position requires meticulous attention to detail, as you will be handling appointment confirmations, operating the Spa POS system, and ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the reception and retail areas. You will also be entrusted with maintaining confidentiality and security of guest information and hotel details. Physical demands of the job include the ability to lift and move equipment and supplies, as well as the stamina to stand for extended periods during busy times. Adaptability is important, as the role may require working flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
