The role of Spa Front Desk Associate at The Lodge at Woodloch is critical to the seamless operation of the spa. This position requires an individual who is detail-oriented, efficient, and productive in a fast-paced environment. Spa Front Desk Associates utilize spa computer systems proficiently to manage scheduling while actively promoting the spa’s diverse services and treatment offerings to both internal and external guests. Strong communication skills, including listening and customer interaction, are essential to providing an outstanding guest experience. The position demands a friendly, high-energy attitude coupled with a sense of honesty, integrity, reliability, and a genuine passion for customer service. This role typically requires availability during weekends, evenings, and holidays, reflecting the spa's operational hours. Upon successful completion of the training period, there may be an option for a four-day work week, allowing for a better work-life balance. In this role, you will be greeting guests warmly, managing appointment bookings and changes accurately, maintaining the spa desk bank, handling guest inquiries with professionalism and courtesy, and ensuring the workspace is clean, safe, and well-organized. You will also be expected to contribute positively to the work culture by maintaining a can-do attitude and participating actively in staff meetings and training sessions. Furthermore, as a vital team member, you will communicate effectively with management regarding any concerns or issues related to guests or staff to ensure continuous service excellence.
