This particular career opportunity is for a team member role within the operations department, based in a theater location and reporting directly to the General Manager. The role focuses heavily on guest service and operational excellence within the concession and in-seat dining areas. As a Cinépolis team member, you'll be a major part of delivering the high standards the company is known for, acting as the face of the theater and helping guests enjoy their visit to the fullest. The position offers a competitive base pay ranging from $15.00 to $19.50 per hour, plus performance bonuses, making it a rewarding opportunity for those interested in pursuing a career in cinema and hospitality. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering concessions, kitchen items, and bar items to guests, ensuring each order is accurate, complete, and delivered in a timely manner while following established in-seat dining procedures. You will also play an active role in guest engagement by guiding them through the menu, suggesting promotions or add-ons, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere through friendly and attentive service. Cleanliness and order within the auditoriums, including trash removal and item retrieval, are also key responsibilities. Additionally, you will assist your team members with various duties such as scanning tickets, restroom checks, and handling transactions at concessions or the box office. Problem-solving skills will be important when navigating guest complaints or technical issues such as movie projections. The role requires the completion of opening, mid, and closing procedures and active participation in trainings and team meetings.
