Their operations span various geographic regions, managing everything from single-flight charters to ongoing corporate account management with high standards of quality and professionalism.
The role of a Full-Time Flight Attendant at Solairus Aviation, based at KRNO, is integral to maintaining these high standards of service and safety aboard the aircraft. The ideal candidate will be a flexible and dedicated team player who embraces additional responsibilities to enhance passenger experiences at all times. A unique aspect of this role is the requirement for culinary expertise, highlighting the company’s focus on providing an elevated in-flight dining experience. Advanced culinary training is strongly preferred to meet the sophisticated tastes of their clientele.
In this position, the flight attendant will provide exceptional personal service while ensuring the safety and comfort of all passengers throughout the flight. This includes all aspects of inflight care such as greeting passengers warmly, explaining safety procedures clearly, and managing the full spectrum of onboard hospitality services including food and beverage service. The attendant will also be responsible for managing the cabin environment — maintaining cleanliness, stocking supplies, and operating all cabin management systems and equipment efficiently.
Candidates for the position must be prepared to handle emergencies by administering first aid, including CPR and AED if needed, and supporting passengers during turbulence or other situations requiring reassurance. Preflight briefings and postflight paperwork are essential components of the role, alongside conducting routine checks to uphold cabin comfort and safety. The flight attendant must be capable of adapting to a dynamic schedule that may include late-night and last-minute flights, as well as deployments lasting up to 16 consecutive days.
With a salary range from $50,000 to $500,000, compensating largely on experience, location, and specific aircraft assignments, Solairus Aviation offers a competitive earning potential that reflects the professionalism and expertise required for this high-caliber role.
