The role available is for a Full Time or Part Time Spa Concierge, offering hourly pay plus commission with rates ranging from $8.50 to $12.00 per hour depending on experience. The Spa Concierge is responsible for personalizing the visit, including introducing guests to spa amenities, answering phones and booking appointments with a positive and professional attitude, and maintaining the spa environment to ensure it is clean, safe and inviting. They pay close attention to the small details that set The Woodhouse apart, such as remembering guests’ favorite drinks, special occasions, and unique preferences. This role may also involve supporting the leadership team by assisting with operational tasks to keep day-to-day activities running smoothly. The ideal candidate for the Spa Concierge position brings 2 to 3 years of sales experience, including working with sales quotas and recommending products and services effectively. Building rapport with clients and upselling services play a critical part in the role.
