The position currently available is for a Spa Guest Service role within Sycuan’s prestigious Spa and Salon division. This hourly-paid role focuses on providing exceptional guest service to spa visitors, ensuring a welcoming and smoothly operated environment. The role is essential in representing the spa’s commitment to luxury, care, and guest satisfaction. Responsibilities include greeting guests, assisting with spa services, maintaining cleanliness and inventory, managing linens, and supporting administrative tasks under the guidance of the Spa and Salon Manager. The ideal candidate is someone with experience in guest service, particularly in spa or hospitality settings, who demonstrates professionalism, excellent communication skills in English, and a capacity to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Physical abilities such as lifting up to 30 pounds, standing, and sitting for extended periods are important for this role. Working on weekends, holidays, and various shifts is also necessary. • High school diploma or equivalent
• One year of guest service experience in a spa or related environment
• Ability to interact effectively with team members and guests
