The General Manager will play a pivotal role in managing a single Nekter Juice Bar location, ensuring that the brand promise of quality and excellent customer service is consistently delivered. The position encompasses a wide range of responsibilities including hiring, training, coaching, problem-solving, reporting, and promoting the brand within the local community. This leadership role requires a candidate who thrives in a dynamic and ever-changing work environment. As the face of the brand at the store level, the General Manager will be responsible for driving sales, managing key performance indicators (KPIs), and fostering a welcoming and inclusive culture among staff and guests. The successful candidate will lead a team by providing the necessary training and resources, ensuring employees feel valued and supported as members of the Nekter family. Beyond day-to-day operations, the General Manager will be charged with overseeing all financial aspects of the store including profit and loss statements, cash handling, and cost control measures related to labor and food management. By leveraging technology tools such as the point of sale (POS) system, the manager will maximize promotional sales and keep the store running efficiently during operating hours.
