The Uniform Room Attendant position is a full-time, regular role located on the premises of a major Cintas customer. This position plays a vital role in customer satisfaction by directly interacting with the customer's employees and ensuring they receive their designated uniforms promptly and efficiently. This on-site role requires the Uniform Room Attendant to distribute uniforms, respond to inquiries and concerns face to face, maintain and stock inventory, perform minor repairs on garments, organize the uniform room, and maintain accurate daily transaction records. The Uniform Room Attendant operates with a significant degree of independence and autonomy, making decisions that uphold Cintas' high standards of product quality and customer service at all times. Adherence to safety programs and procedures of both Cintas and the customer is mandatory. The role demands basic computer skills and a team player attitude to effectively collaborate with both the customer and the Cintas team. Compensation for this role is competitive, generally ranging between $16.50 to $20.90 per hour, influenced by relevant experience, skills, and training.
