Physical demands of the Host position include seeing, hearing, speaking, reaching, standing, sitting for extended periods between 4 to 8 hours, and frequently lifting up to 25 pounds, with occasional lifting up to 50 pounds. The ability to bend and move intermittently during working hours is also essential.
