The Assistant Manager role within Four Seasons Hotel St. Louis is essential to maintaining and enhancing the high standards expected at this luxury property. Reporting directly to the Restaurant General Manager and working alongside other Assistant Managers, the position focuses on ensuring smooth operations across the restaurant and bar/lounge areas. Responsibilities include leading and organizing the team, delivering top-tier training, maintaining exceptional service quality, managing scheduling and staff administration, and prioritizing guest satisfaction throughout every interaction and service touchpoint.
Candidates who join Four Seasons in this role must have a strong affinity for guest service and possess excellent interpersonal and personal presentation skills. The role demands adherence to Four Seasons Standards and a mastery of the Sequence of Service to consistently deliver outstanding experiences. Assistant Managers may also assist with side duties such as greeting and seating guests in the absence of the hostess, taking reservations, and operating the Micros Operating System. Flexibility in scheduling is required, with the ability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
