Hotel Ambassadors are responsible for greeting guests, checking them into their accommodations, communicating resort policies clearly, and assisting with payments and room assignments. They act as knowledgeable guides to the resort’s features and services, ensuring guests have all the information they need to enjoy their stay fully. Ambassadors are expected to go beyond basic expectations, consistently seeking ways to enhance guest experiences and solve any issues that may arise promptly and professionally.
As the face of the resort, Ambassadors must maintain a professional and positive demeanor at all times. They work closely with other departments, including housekeeping and the front desk management team, to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction. Duties also include maintaining cleanliness and organization in the work area and supporting daily opening and closing procedures. Ambassadors take pride in their role, demonstrating ownership in their performance and contributing to a collaborative team environment.
Ideal candidates should be comfortable using computer systems to check guests in, verify liability waivers, and manage ticket sales.
