The organization is seeking a diligent and dependable Custodian/Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join their expanding team. This role demands individuals who are not only hardworking but also naturally inclined toward delivering exceptional customer satisfaction. The person in this position will be expected to work effectively alongside co-workers and customers, ensuring that the environment remains clean, safe, and welcoming. Additionally, the role requires the ability to understand and follow both oral and written instructions clearly. Good judgment in decision-making and the capability to explain work methods and instructions to others are essential elements of this position. The successful candidate may also assist in training new colleagues, demonstrating proper work processes, and ensuring adherence to necessary safety and operational protocols.
The Custodian/CSR will be responsible for various tasks, including floor care such as vacuuming, mopping, and carpet spotting; surface care which encompasses dusting, sanitizing, cleaning glass and mirrors, and polishing metal and wood surfaces; waste removal; light maintenance such as replacing light bulbs and restocking supplies; and ensuring compliance with all safety procedures. The individual will also be expected to present a professional appearance and conduct, use personal protective equipment correctly, and respond effectively to supervisory directions. The position operates on a Monday to Friday schedule from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, offering hourly compensation between $14.00 and $14.50.
