The role of Night Donut Mixing Production Associate is situated at SpartanNash's Central Bakery located at 1202 E. McKinley Ave, Mishawaka, Indiana. This position is essential for the production of high-quality donuts, including mixing cake and yeast donut mixes, sheeting dough, cutting, and proofing, which ensures consistent product quality. The associate is responsible for adhering strictly to safe and sanitary food handling policies to prevent contamination and foodborne illnesses, maintaining SpartanNash’s high standards of quality and safety. The role requires proficiency in reading and understanding mix formulas and using both digital and balance scales effectively. The production associate must be able to write and follow detailed production guides and ensure accurate checking of the raw donuts’ weight and size. This position operates mainly during evening and night hours, offering a starting wage of $18.00 per hour, with a schedule from 4 PM to 12:30 AM and flexible availability including weekends and holidays. No prior experience is necessary, making it an excellent opportunity for individuals eager to enter food production or bakery roles.
