The Restaurant Manager role at Shake Shack is a pivotal leadership position focused on managing daily restaurant operations to ensure superior service and guest satisfaction. - 2-3 years of restaurant management experience in a high-volume fast-paced restaurant setting
- Working knowledge of restaurant operations including personnel management food planning and preparation purchasing sanitation and health codes and security
- Must exhibit an aptitude for leading coaching and driving excellence at every level
- Understanding of financial aspects of business operations
- Willingness to work flexible hours
