The role of a Sous Chef at Delaware North’s TD Garden location offers an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic culinary team in an iconic venue. The Sous Chef will play an integral role in supporting the Executive Chef by managing high-volume kitchen operations, ensuring food quality, and maintaining efficiency throughout the culinary department. This position requires a leader with exceptional culinary skills, creativity, and strong management capabilities to oversee food production, staff training, and inventory control. Emphasis is placed on maintaining a safe, sanitary, and organized kitchen environment while adhering to health regulations and company standards.
In this role, the Sous Chef will supervise the culinary team to achieve production efficiency and recipe consistency, assist in hiring and mentoring staff, and collaborate with the Executive Chef on menu development and cost management. Compensation for the position ranges from $65,300 to $88,200 annually, with additional opportunities for bonuses based on individual and company performance and potential sales incentives.                 - Minimum of 3 years culinary experience
 - Previous management responsibilities in large production kitchen or high-volume food and beverage operation
 - Exceptional skills in high-volume cooking and food presentation
 - Knowledge of food and labor cost management menu development and food safety
 - Proficient computer skills including Word and Excel
 - Ability to obtain ServSafe Food Safety Handler and Training for Intervention Procedures certifications
 - Capacity to work flexible schedule to accommodate business needs
