The CLEAR Service Agent plays a critical role in enhancing the customer journey within airport environments. Serving as the face of CLEAR, these agents are stationed at the airport to provide direct assistance to passengers using CLEAR’s services and technology. They act as knowledgeable, friendly representatives who help travelers navigate CLEAR’s airport lanes, handle inquiries, and resolve any issues with the technology promptly. Service Agents also ensure compliance with all security and safety policies and facilitate smooth interactions between passengers and CLEAR's products.
This role demands a highly customer-focused individual who thrives in fast-paced, high-volume settings commonly found in airports. Service Agents must be energetic, positive, and adaptable, offering exemplary hospitality and communication skills. The position requires walking through airport terminals and CLEAR lanes to directly engage with the traveling public and members, ensuring that each interaction is efficient and pleasant. Service Agents are expected to troubleshoot technical challenges on the spot, providing immediate resolutions to maintain a seamless flow.
The job requires readiness to stand for extended periods, often up to eight hours daily, reflecting the dynamic nature of the airport environment. Open availability and flexibility to work various shifts are essential to meet operational demands. Prior customer service experience is mandatory to ensure the ability to manage customer expectations effectively and to deliver a superior service experience consistently.
