The Sous Chef position at Crescent Senior Living is a full-time role vital to the culinary operations of the community. This role serves as the second-in-command in the kitchen, stepping in for the Executive Chef when necessary, and supporting the kitchen staff to deliver a high-quality dining experience to residents. The Sous Chef is responsible for the proper preparation of the planned menu and for supervising kitchen employees while maintaining a positive and courteous atmosphere.
