We are currently hiring a Sous Chef to join the opening team for the Ryder Cup Grille at this brand-new luxury resort, set to open in Spring 2023. The Ryder Cup Grille is designed to serve honest, all-day dining fare with a Texas charm, making it the perfect spot for guests to relax and enjoy after a round of golf. The Sous Chef position is an exciting leadership role responsible for supporting the Executive Sous Chef in kitchen operations, food production, staff management, and ensuring compliance with Omni’s high standards for quality, sanitation, and service. This role is vital to maintaining the smooth daily operation of the kitchen while helping to implement innovative culinary concepts and menus that align with the resort’s upscale brand. The Sous Chef will manage scheduling, training, payroll, inventory, and food cost control. They will also ensure health code and EcoSure sanitation standards are met and that kitchen equipment is properly maintained.
