The role of Cook - including line cook, sauté cook, grill cook, and fry cook - is essential to the successful functioning of our kitchen and overall guest satisfaction. This role involves preparing top-quality food items using precise recipe adherence and proper portioning techniques. Cooks play a pivotal part in upholding sanitary conditions and maintaining cleanliness throughout their workstations, including floors, counters, cutting boards, and tools. Working under pressure during busy service times, cooks must efficiently read tickets to determine what and when food items need to be prepared, ensuring timely delivery of dishes that meet our high standards.
