Ryder Cup Grille is designed to be the perfect spot for guests to enjoy meals after a round of golf, emphasizing quality and a welcoming atmosphere. As a Sous Chef, you will provide critical technical and administrative support to the Executive Sous Chef, ensuring smooth kitchen operations and high-quality food production that aligns with Omni’s high standards. Your responsibilities will include managing daily food production and presentation, overseeing kitchen associates by scheduling, training, coaching, and developing a motivated team, as well as controlling labor and food costs to meet or exceed budget expectations. You will assist in menu creation for various outlets and special events and ensure compliance with health and sanitation regulations. The role demands strong leadership to maintain a safe and efficient work environment, effective communication skills, and the ability to adapt to a dynamic hospitality setting.
