As the Sous Chef, you will work closely with the Executive Chef or Chef de Cuisine to oversee the daily operations of the kitchen outlet assigned to you. You will be responsible for assisting in menu creation, managing kitchen staff, ordering and purchasing ingredients, and ensuring that every dish served meets the club's rigorous standards.
