This part-time, non-management position is integral to maintaining the cleanliness and operational efficiency of multiple departments such as kitchen, food and beverage, and laundry. The Utility Cleaner is responsible for ensuring that linens, dishes, and other supplies are prepared and transported appropriately, which directly enhances the guest experience. The role involves operating and maintaining cleaning equipment like dishwashers, sinks, washers, and dryers. This position requires handling physical tasks such as moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, and placing objects under 50 pounds, all while ensuring safety and compliance with company policies. This role demands a high level of energy and physical activity, including standing, sitting, walking for extended periods, bending, twisting, stretching, and stooping. Although no prior work experience or supervisory background is required, the position requires a strong commitment to maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and professionalism.
