The Olive Grove Cafe, located at 150 Progress Suite 125 in Irvine, California, is currently seeking a full-time Sous Chef to join its culinary team. The hire will work primarily from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, with days possibly varying, offering a structured yet flexible full-time schedule. As a Sous Chef at Olive Grove Cafe, the successful candidate will assist the Executive Chef in preparing high-quality foods following approved recipes and production standards. This role is integral to coordinating kitchen activities and supervising foodservice associates to ensure an efficient operation. The Sous Chef assumes responsibility for kitchen and staff in the Executive Chef's absence, acting as a key leader within the culinary team.
