The Sous Chef position at the Kessler Collection plays a critical role in maintaining the culinary excellence and operational success of the hospitality group. Reporting directly to the Executive Chef, the Sous Chef is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the culinary department, which includes management of the restaurant kitchen, room service, and catering functions. Serving as a strategic leader, the Sous Chef ensures that all culinary activities align with the company’s high standards for quality, profitability, and consistency. This includes meticulous oversight of recipe management, cost control, staff training, and kitchen organization. Acting as a key catalyst in achieving operational goals, the Sous Chef fosters a culture of accountability and performance, guiding the culinary team to deliver memorable dining experiences that reflect the unique identity of the Kessler Collection.   • Culinary degree or related training required
  • at least 2 years of relevant work experience required
