This part-time, non-exempt role is crucial in ensuring smooth and enjoyable experiences for fans arriving at the stadium. The Parking Gate Agent operates primarily at NRG Stadium and NRG Park facilities, collecting parking fees or passes, enforcing parking guidelines, and assisting with traffic control. The position requires face-to-face interactions with fans and other team members, emphasizing strong interpersonal skills and exceptional customer service.
