To support the launch and ongoing success of this new concept, Lettuce Entertain You is seeking a talented and experienced Sous Chef with at least 2 years of sous chef experience to join their dynamic team. As a Sous Chef, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operations of the kitchen and back-of-house (BOH). This position requires leadership, culinary skill, and a hands-on approach to managing food preparation, cooking, and kitchen inventory. The Sous Chef will lead BOH shifts, supervise kitchen and dish teams, and help uphold the highest standards of food quality. You will collaborate closely with the General Manager and designated managers or chefs to maintain recipe books and manage purchasing and ordering of food products and supplies. This role offers a competitive salary range of $55,000 to $75,000 per year, quarterly bonuses, and a comprehensive benefits package including paid time off, 401(k), medical and dental insurance, life and accident protection, and much more.
