This role requires a dedicated individual who can efficiently check participants into their guest rooms, deliver and retrieve luggage promptly, and respond knowledgeably to participant inquiries about the facility and its services. The host works closely with the housekeeping team to guarantee that guest rooms are prepared to the highest standards, contributing to an overall exceptional participant experience.
