The Village at St. Barnabas in Gibsonia, PA, part of the St. Barnabas Health System, is currently seeking a full-time Sous Chef to join their culinary team. This role is designed for a skilled culinary professional who is passionate about creating enjoyable dining experiences specifically tailored for a senior community in a country club setting. This position plays a vital role in the kitchen operation by assisting the Executive Chef in managing kitchen activities, executing menus and special event orders, and ensuring the consistent preparation of flavorful, nutritious meals. The Sous Chef will be a key leader in the kitchen, capable of stepping in during the Executive Chef's absence and ensuring that junior staff have the guidance necessary to maintain high culinary standards.
