We are currently seeking a Front Desk Agent to join our dynamic team on a full-time basis, offering an hourly pay rate starting at $18.25 per hour. 
The Front Desk Agent plays a critical role in ensuring our guests receive a quality welcome and farewell experience through efficient registration and check-out services, management of communications, as well as providing information and assistance during their stay. This role requires outstanding interpersonal skills and a commitment to hospitality standards, including engaging guests with eye contact, smile, polite conversation, and using guests' surnames. Responsibilities include managing phone operations, handling mail and messages, and performing accurate daily accounting. An essential part of the role involves pre-assigning rooms for VIPs, repeat guests, and guests with special requests to guarantee personalized service. The agent must be proficient in managing the Property Management System, balancing the daily shift’s financial transactions, and maintaining proper credit protocols. Additionally, the position requires knowledge of local attractions, hotel services, fire safety, and emergency procedures, as well as the ability to coordinate with other departments for smooth hotel operations. This role is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, customer-focused, and eager to contribute positively to the hospitality environment while developing their skills within a reputable hotel setting.
                - High school diploma or equivalent
 - Six months to one year related experience and/or training
 - Ability to read, analyze, and interpret procedure manuals
 - Ability to solve practical problems and interpret a variety of instructions given in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
 - Ability to operate Property Management System, capture email, and use PBX system
 - Must be accountable for balancing the daily shift bank
 - Ability to stand, walk, and communicate regularly
 - Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
