In this role, you will work closely with the Kitchen Manager or Executive Chef and the operations and sales teams to execute banquet functions and oversee daily food preparation and service. The job involves ensuring all food purchases align with company mandates, adjusting labor schedules to accommodate business volume fluctuations, and managing kitchen equipment upkeep. You will also be responsible for conducting sanitation audits to comply with local Department of Health regulations.
