The Sous Chef position at Unidine located at Caretta Bellevue in Green Bay, WI, is a full-time role that offers a competitive pay range from $20.00 to $25.00 per hour. This role entails working a varied schedule from 11:00 am to 7:30 pm, including rotating weekends and holidays, providing flexibility and dynamic workdays. The Sous Chef plays a crucial role in the culinary team by assisting the Executive Chef in preparing and cooking foods according to approved recipes and production standards. This position requires previous cooking experience, preferably in a senior living community setting, highlighting the importance of familiarity with specialized dietary needs and high sanitation standards. In this role, you will help coordinate kitchen operations by supervising and supporting hourly food service associates, contributing to their training, scheduling, and performance management.
