We are currently hiring full-time Sous Chefs to join our campus team immediately. These positions are based at 5353 Parkside Drive, Jupiter, FL 33458, and offer a competitive pay range of $20.00 to $25.00 per hour. The schedule is full-time, Sunday through Thursday, with varying hours that will be detailed during the interview process. As a Sous Chef, you will play a critical role in supporting the Executive Chef by preparing and cooking foods according to approved recipes and production standards. You will coordinate activities of cooks and other food-service associates, ensuring all food production and service operations run smoothly. This role requires supervisory experience and the ability to manage kitchen operations effectively, especially in the absence of the Executive Chef. As part of your duties, you will oversee food safety and sanitation procedures, maintain equipment cleanliness, and interact with customers to resolve any complaints in a friendly and professional manner. You will be responsible for monitoring inventory, tracking product usage, and ensuring all food handling meets corporate, state, and federal guidelines.
