The role of Sous Chef at ESPN Sportsbook & Bar is a pivotal position within PENN Entertainment’s culinary team, responsible for supervising and assisting in the day-to-day operations of the sports bar kitchen.   • Associate degree in culinary or related field
  • minimum two years culinary experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • minimum one year previous supervisory experience
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
