The role of Sous Chef at ESPN Sportsbook & Bar is a pivotal position within PENN Entertainment’s culinary team, responsible for supervising and assisting in the day-to-day operations of the sports bar kitchen. This role includes hands-on involvement in food preparation, team training, and the maintenance of consistent food quality and menu execution. The Sous Chef supports senior leadership in ensuring adherence to safety, sanitation, and health regulations while actively contributing to creating an outstanding guest experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include managing scheduling and inventory, supporting budget compliance, and fostering superior customer service standards. • Associate degree in culinary or related field
• minimum two years culinary experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
• minimum one year previous supervisory experience
• excellent verbal and written communication skills
