The role of Sous Chef at Flik Hospitality Group is a pivotal position responsible for the successful operation of the Culinary Department within a facility.   • Education equivalent to an associate’s degree or relevant culinary experience
  • Progressive experience in culinary management or kitchen supervision
  • Experience in catering preferred
  • Skilled in managing high volume and complex foodservice operations
  • Familiarity with batch and institutional cooking methods
  • Knowledgeable in food trends, sanitation, and food cost control
  • Computer literate with Microsoft Office and communication tools
  • Ability to work collaboratively and engage in client satisfaction
  • ServSafe certification preferred
